Michael signed my "Embrace Zod", already signed by James Marsters. (Now, I just need Terence Stamp...) He read the shirt and laughed, which gave me the nerve to finally talk to him! I love how he always writes "Lex" after his name, as though one might forget who he was...

It's a little blurry, but I like this picture of Michael and Laura. One of the funniest Q & A moments was Laura observing about her microphone "I've been holding this too close to my mouth..." Immediately, she realized she'd set herself up for a joke. Everyone looked at Michael, sensing imminent innuendo, but he just sat there grinning like a cheshire cat!

Elegant profile...

From BeatrixKiddoe at TWoP: "I went to the Toronto FanExpo yesterday and, since I knew Michael Rosenbaum was going to be there, I decided to wear my Glarkware "Clex Appeal" shirt. When I went up to meet him he looked at my shirt, smiled and then said "Clex Appeal, that's awesome!". I figured that he probably wouldn't even notice it, so I couldn't believe it when that was the first thing he said."

(I saw Beatrix in the autograph line and coveted that shirt!)

A bit of live-blogging from the Con from shallowesque : "Michael Rosenbaum just totally walked up and fanboyed Alex Ross. It was adorable."

Aw! I'd have like to have seen that!

And in conclusion....Smiley!

I wonder how long he'll keep writing 'Lex' with his signature? It's cute that he feels he needs to remind us who he is, but I really hope that he'll become known for something else very soon so he doesn't feel the need to.
Some fans brought "Sorority Boys" stuff, which he signed as "Adina" (or sometimes "Adena"!) so he'll probably keep signing "Lex" on SV stuff. (Mind you, he also wrote "Lex" on a hockey jersey that I bought at a charity auction, so maybe he does it randomly! It would be very amusing if he signed a jersey "Adina".)

Also, I have an image of him, shortly after he got the role, practicing Lex's signature - "Hmm, now how would an up-and-coming supervillain sign his name? Not too evil a signature yet of course, but definitely confident and powerful and maybe a little bit arrogant, with perhaps a touch of the woobie and a hint of possible redemption. Aha, an anti-hero signature - that'll do the trick!"
HA! I definitely see a touch of the woobie in his "Lex" signature.
